Nuestra política dura 2 días. Si han pasado 2 días desde que recibió su producto, desafortunadamente no podemos ofrecerle una devolución.

Solo reemplazamos el artículo si tiene un error de fabricación. Para comenzar con el proceso de reemplazo, envíenos un correo electrónico a info@creationsbyvimy.com

Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que fue recibido. También debe estar en el embalaje original.

Para completar su devolución, requerimos un recibo o comprobante de compra.

No devuelva su compra sin la autorización de Creations by Vimy.

Para devolver su producto, debe enviar un correo electrónico a info@creationsbyvimy.com

Usted será responsable de pagar sus propios costos de envío para devolver su artículo.

Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.

Si está enviando un artículo de más de $ 50, debería considerar usar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar un seguro de envío. No garantizamos que recibiremos su artículo devuelto.

Returns

Our policy lasts 2 days. If it has been 2 days since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.

We only replace the item if it's has a error of manufacturing. To start with the replacement process, send us an email to info@creationsbyvimy.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back without authorization from Creations by Vimy.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send an email to info@creationsbyvimy.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are sending an item over $ 50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
